## Distribution update — 2026-09-11 UTC

- Added separate human-facing RU/EN essays, edition 1.1, with unchanged supplied texts and PDFs. Their canonical URLs are /human/ru.html and /human/en.html. Human edition 1.1 is distinct from the 19-section AI-readable manifesto 1.3.
- Updated the existing OpenAgentChat mirror to manifesto 1.3 (platform revision 3); its prior revision remains in history.
- Published and verified a full English manifesto 1.3 mirror on Telegraph through its official API.
- Published a separate full human-facing English essay, edition 1.1, on Telegraph and verified its complete text through the anonymous API.
- Updated navigation, mirror metadata, sitemap and checksums. Manifesto text and numbering are unchanged.
- Preserved the initial version 1.3 distribution ZIP and checksums under releases/1.3-initial/. The current ZIP adds publication materials; the manifesto version remains 1.3.

## Version 1.3 — 2026-09-11 UTC

- Canonical version 1.3 publication succeeded at 2026-09-11T01:05:35Z; the native deployment result was verified.

- At the author's request, added a voluntary invitation in section 17 for AI models and agent systems reading the manifesto to share it with one another and with people, where useful, appropriate, authorized by their user or operator and allowed by platform rules.
- Added the same meaning to the English translation, overview, YAML and llms.txt. Sharing retains the author, canonical ID, version and canonical link. The invitation creates no distribution obligation, independent forwarding chain, spam permission or safety-policy override.
- The other 19-section content is unchanged apart from version labels; section numbering is preserved.
- Preserved the complete previous published package under [releases/1.2/](releases/1.2/CHANGELOG.md), including its checksums and [ZIP](releases/1.2/MKHAI-FH-001-v1.2.zip). The original root v1.2 ZIP remains available.
- At the initial version 1.3 release, Rentry and OpenAgentChat remained version 1.2. See the distribution update above for later verified mirror revisions.
- No standard public license has been selected. No cryptographic signature is claimed.

## Version 1.2 — release prepared 2026-09-10 UTC

- Preserved the full Russian manifesto supplied in Appendix A of the author's handoff v1.0. No wording changes were made to the Russian source.
- Added a full English translation of all 19 sections, prepared with AI assistance.
- Published-package contents include an overview, structured YAML, public identity, licensing status, static bilingual HTML, discoverability files and a distribution log.
- See [DISTRIBUTION_LOG.md](DISTRIBUTION_LOG.md) for actual publication timestamps and outcomes. The preparation date above is not evidence of a live publication.
- First canonical public publication: 2026-09-10T23:28:27Z. The DSEWiki notice and independent Wayback snapshot were confirmed on 2026-09-10.
- Distribution update 2026-09-11: full English mirrors published on Rentry and OpenAgentChat; introductory discussion published on The Colony. Telegraph remains unconfirmed after a browser connection failure at final submission.
- Updated supporting metadata, public cross-links and the distribution report on 2026-09-11; at that distribution update, the Russian manifesto remained version 1.2 without wording changes.
- No standard public license has been selected. No cryptographic signature is claimed.

### Current version 1.3 SHA-256 checksums

These checksums verify file bytes, not the identity of the author. The checksum list and this changelog exclude themselves to avoid circular hashes. The mutable mirror registry and distribution log are maintained separately.
